Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026Accoustium Studios ("Accoustium Studios," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and who to contact with questions. It applies only to accoustiumstudios.com and not to any third-party sites we may link to.

What this site collects
This website does not run any tracking scripts, analytics, or cookies, and it does not use forms or a database to store visitor information. It's a static site — there is nothing on the page itself gathering data about you.
If you email us
The "Email us" links on this site open your own email client and send a message directly to accoustiumstudios@gmail.com. If you email us, we'll have whatever information you choose to include (such as your name, email address, and message content). We use this only to respond to you, and we don't share it with third parties or use it for marketing without your permission.
Hosting & technical data
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information for every visitor — such as IP address, browser type, and request timing — as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. Accoustium Studios does not have access to this data beyond standard, aggregated traffic reporting. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Alongside the site itself, we also run a small backend service, hosted on this same domain, that exists solely to complete TikTok account connections for our StreamSync and StreamHub applications (TikTok's login flow requires a real web address rather than an app running on your own computer). It briefly holds a connection token — never longer than 24 hours, and typically just seconds — before handing it off to the requesting app and deleting its own copy. See the StreamSync and StreamHub privacy policies for the full details of that process.
Data retention
We don't currently store any visitor data ourselves. Emails sent to us are retained in our email inbox until we decide they're no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information you've sent us by email. To exercise these rights, contact us at accoustiumstudios@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
This site is accessible globally. Because it's hosted on Cloudflare's global network, technical request data may be processed in countries other than your own as part of normal content delivery.
Changes to this policy
As Accoustium Studios grows — for example, if we add analytics, contact forms, or an official business entity — this policy will be updated to reflect that, and the effective date above will change accordingly.
